What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

My Story
My journey has taken me from a remote Berber village in Atlas Mountains of Morocco, living a life of Aladdin, immigrating to Southern California, navigating being homeless, then secretly serving with US government, growing in entrepreneurship... to now leading and training others on personal and professional growth worldwide. My life’s journey has been a testament to the power of resilience, transformation, and the profound navigation of uncertainty... Yet every adversity revealed this truth to me: The deepest challenges can only unlock our greatest potential to rise above uncertainty and grow with meaningful progress.

Very Humble Beginnings
Â
I was born in a poor village high in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco, far from any basic modern conveniences. Our small home had no electricity, no shower, and to get clean water required walking daily to a distant well. Growing up in such environment was not easy, but those early years taught me the true meaning of resilience and resourcefulness. When you have next to nothing, you learn to appreciate anything and make the most of everything.
Despite the hardships, my poor parents did the best they could, and they instilled in me the values of hard work, hope, and generosity. I remember being a 6-year-old kid on summer nights looking up to clear sky wondering and dreaming about the world beyond our village! That challenging childhood gave me a gift: an unshakable foundation of perseverance for whatever life may bring.
A Near-Death Awakening
In my early 20s, life deeply tested my resilience when I was diagnosed with severe tuberculosis in my lungs. I found myself fighting for my life with no financial resources to afford the only remedy for my condition; a six-month long treatment! Luckily my doctor enrolled me in a U.S. aid program that provided free treatment for life-threatening diseases to poor families in underdeveloped countries. I was able to get approved and it was like a miracle…  My life was given a second chance after a long recovery! This profound experience (being pulled back to life by the generosity of strangers across the ocean) planted deep seeds of gratitude within me, with a reminder of life's fragility and preciousness. I emerged from that experience with a profound perspective to dedicate my life to purpose, growth, and serving others.
That illness didn't simply heal, it ignited within me an unquenchable fire of meaningful pursuit.

Homeless and the American Dream Â
Â
In 2008, two years after recovering from my illness, I won the Green Card lottery to come live and work in USA. The country that saved my life! I saw it as the universe opening a door for unknown greatness. One year later I went to Southern California with nothing but determination and a heart full of gratitude and dreams, only to find America in the grip of its worst recession in generations.
My immigrant journey began as a part-time dishwasher at a sushi bar, but even those humble hours were soon cut short, leaving me truly alone with nothing but uncertainty in every direction. I found myself homeless, living in my old Toyota Corolla for a long cold several months!
Depression wrapped around me like a heavy blanket as I spent my first Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas watching holiday celebrations through my car windows. I didn’t feel safe. I didn’t feel seen. I didn’t feel like I belonged. Each night brought new fears about where to safely park without attracting attention or threatening locals. The constant anxiety wore me down.
What broke me most was watching my inner self-esteem getting destroyed. The feeling of not being enough and the self-doubt that slowly started creeping into my psyche was brutal. As well as the constant anxiety of being in a survival mode instead of thriving.
Yet, even in these darkest moments, I refused to let those circumstances define me or my future. I signed up to a local LA-fitness gym membership, I worked out and showered every morning to keep my mindset sharp before heading to the local public library, my sanctuary of self-improvement. There, I read about many topics, applied tirelessly for jobs, and devoured personal development books. Gradually, I was able to stand on my feet again and continue my new path into college and beyond.

Taking Chances to Grow
Â
Couple years into studying business and entrepreneurship in college, I felt like I was meant to do something else with my potential. I always believed in growth by taking leaps of faith. Yet, the greatest leap came when I decided to bet on myself completely dropping out of college, quitting my job, and launching my own business distributing high-tech electronics to Aerospace and Aviation manufacturers, all on the same day! Because sometimes you just need to jump and figure things out as you go.
This bold move led to so much personal and professional growth as an entrepreneur.Â

Leading with Service
Â
On this chapter of my life, an unexpected opportunity came to me when I received a visit in my office from two federal agents, dressed up in a black suit and tie... just like in the movies!
Long story short, I was offered a job working as an undercover field agent supporting the work of the Department of Homeland Security in protecting our nation’s safety and leadership in the world. My expertise in the Aerospace supply chain was so valuable that I could not say no to this opportunity, and to give back to the same country that once saved my life.
Over the years, I learned what it meant to lead by example and to stay calm and focused when the stakes were high. Perhaps most importantly, this chapter of my life reaffirmed my belief in the power of service. It showed me that true growth often comes from stepping up when others need you, even if it means venturing outside your comfort zone.

The Journey is the Destination
Â
Over the last decade, I applied everything I had learned into growing my Aerospace supply chain business. We Served many Fortune-500 companies across different industries from Aerospace, Aviation, Military, and Robotics both in US and abroad. But nothing truly prepares you for the ups and downs of the entrepreneurial path, except being on it!
Alongside my endeavors, I never let go of my passion for personal growth and helping others unlock their potential. I invested so much time and resources in mastering the principles of peak-performance, positive psychology, personal growth, leadership, storytelling, and communication just to name a few. Â
By word of mouth, I started getting invited to speak and share my story at local events and conferences. That’s how I discovered public speaking few years back. I spoke to teams about resilience, overcoming adversity, embracing uncertainty, and unlocking their potential into tangible progress. I also began helping professionals and individuals who might be feeling stuck, uninspired, or want to share their message with the world and need expert guidance with an effective roadmap.
My journey has taught me that no matter where you start, there’s no destination to arrive at. The journey is the destination! you just need to start.

Our life's work isn’t just about what we overcome, it’s about who we become.
Â
Today, my mission is about carrying the torch of the timelessness work that all humans need: Personal growth and helping others unlock their full potential, rise above uncertainty, and create a life of abundance and meaningful growth that we all deserve.
I truly believe it! Anyone no matter what your background is or how many odds stacked against you, if you are provided with the right guidance and proper coaching, you can outgrow any circumstance and achieve anything in life.Â
I’m cheering you on for being the champion of your journey. Your hard work and determination inspire everyone around you. If you’re ready to finally bring some guidance into your personal or professional growth, I’m here to walk that journey with you, or your organization.
